Can liberals be blammed for school shootings?

I just saw a news clip about politicians wanting to arm school teachers. I don’t know if they are liberals or republics but is this what things have come too. Its insane liberals have gone to great efforts to prohibit any form of corporal punishment which I think is fair in regards to schooling but parents have no rights to discipline their kids anymore. I personally wouldn’t like the idea of strange teachers having the right to hit my kids but parents have no rights either. Efforts for discipline are futile and adolescents seem to be out of control. Politicians have gone to efforts to alter discipline, but now these efforts have turned around and bit them on the . Instead of disciplining children in the beginning they are opting to shoot them at the end. What is this world coming to it seems completely crazy to me any thoughts or opinions welcome.
