Scots run riot in Manchester, isnt it time to rebuild Hadrians Wall ?

Perhaps the Scots might wish to leave the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and set up a Union with France, who share much in common, historically belonging to the "Auld Alliance".
