Suicide with scissors?

This may very well be from the David Cronenberg film "The Dead Zone," but it shows someone committing suicide by taking a pair of scissors, inserting one shear into the mouth and another into the nostril, kneeling down in front of a bathtub, and then violently striking their head onto the rim of the bathtub, driving the shears into their mouth and brain.
