If I was use I would stay away from programs like ccleaner, they usually do more harm than any good, besides if you want to keep your registry clean use a program like revo unistaller. As far as speed and tweaks that all over the place, adjusting startup programs in msconfig to stopping certain services, or simply defragging your harddrive. Re-arranging files so they are better organized on your computer clearing unused desktop icons, etc. For defrag try smart defrag its a good program. For free virus, use malwarebytes, super antispyware, and avira antivirus.
