Significant figures question?

So a question on my math hw is "Achilles is running a 1.000 kilometer race. He runs at a rate of 5m/s. How long should it take him to finish the race?" I got that it is 200 seconds which I'm pretty sure is right but with sigfigs it should be 2 cause you had to divide, but it just dosen't seem right to say 2 seconds..... Is that right?
