How do i ask a girl to be my girlfriend?

I am a thirteen year old middle schooler and i really like this one girl and i know she likes me. This is my last year at this school and I want to ask her to be my girlfriend before its too late. I keep waiting for the right time but shes always is around somebody...how do i ask her to be my girl friend and ask her at the right time?
