Does Sea Foam Trans Tune work very good?

I heard that it can clean everything up real good in the transmission. Once in a while my car does this thing where it jerks when i am speeding up or sometimes it does it when the car shifts. It feels like it kind of slams into gear to hard. Well I heard that could be a bad solenoid in the transmission. Will this Sea Foam fix most problems in the transmission? How much does it cost to fix a bad solenoid in the ?
