Extremly sore arm... WORRIED!! :'(?

On sat. I got up to go out with my parents and i got distracted and fell down my stairs... I was looking a a christmas present on the stairs... lol. Anyways, I fell on my and went sliding down the stairs. On the way my left arm got caught in my railings neules and I KEPT sliding forward! Now it hurts halfway up my arm, and my pinkie finger and the one beside it are numb and they feel cold but i can move and use them. Also the finger beside my thumb hurts... What did I do?? If i go to a doctor now it will be like an 8 hour wait at a hospital becuase clinics are closed now and I have school tommorow. Any suggestion untill i can get to a clinic tommorow?? :( I have only 1 bruze that is the size of a looney.
