It is the year 2007. Shouldn't Marijuana be legalized by now?

I say legalize everything grown naturally. No, I'm not a druggie. I've never touched the stuff. I do believe that your body is your own. The government should not decide what you can and can not do with it. It's none of their business. Just let people know that it can be dangerous but let them choose. I would say, as long as they are ONLY hurting themselves (and NO ONE ELSE) it's perfectly fine. If they are smoking a joint with their kids in the room, I have a problem with that. Or if they attempt to drive high, I have a problem with that. But as long as it's only affecting them, go like hell!!
