I run 7 to 10 miles on week days, a mile more each saturday that the saturday before (im at 12 this week) and do track workouts each weekend too(including 400m, 200m, 100m, hurdles and long jump. but my diet is absolutely horrible. for breakfast, cereal or a doughnut, for lunch school pizza, and for dinner a hot pocket. at night i do pushups, calve raises, crunches, ect. And I'm wondering what a few possibilities would be good for replacing each meal.
