He's being a boy. Playing different girls, because he's in college and he can. I wouldnt let it get to you, ignore it. Play the game! Go along with it. If he really does like you, he'll settle down and ask you out. And actually mean it. Tell him, "look if you want me to go out to dinner with you, then you can ask me when your sober." Say it in front of his friends, that way when he forgets what you said someone will tell him. He'll either feel stupid, and grow up for a few seconds. Or it'll be just another day.
