Would quitting your job because of safety issues be considered a "good reason" for unemployment in SC?

I currently work on the Westside of Spartanburg,SC. I am a property manager at an apartment complex. I manage 122 of them. I have been with the company for 4 years and they just recently transferred me to this area. I was told this was a good complex and had no trouble and wasn't familar with the area.There are currently no other positions available with this company. We have shootings here all the time and my office and vechile have been broken into twice. Do you think I would be eligible for unemployment?
