How can I tell my in laws I'm pregnant?

My in-laws don't like me, they tolerate me. Well...my sister in law and I are very close, but otherwise the others don't like me. The only reason is that my husband and I met in high school, dated for 2 years, got married when I was 19 and he was 18, and they were so angry they said I ruined his life and tricked him into marriage. Despite that we've been married for 2 years now and I'm 21 and working in home healthcare and he is working full time in a factory and we are both in college, have our own place our own car and aren't in debt, and we have a great marriage we still love each other deeply, they refuse to see how well we are doing. Well..now I'm 8 weeks pregnant. It was a surprise...not planned...but we are both happy we have always wanted kids. My family is ecstatic but we haven't told his yet. His father won't even speak to us and his mom still makes nasty comments...and I'm afraid to tell them because it will hurt too much if anyone says anything hurtful. How can I tell them and make sure they know we are HAPPY and that I don't want to hear their criticism?
